This major mixed-use retail and residential development on a four-hectare site adjacent to the International Station at Ashford in Kent will be the first major commercial zero fossil fuel development in the UK and will be a forerunner for the government’s intentions for future housing developments.
The site lies between the railway lines and the Great Stour River and fronts onto Victoria Park to the south. It is part of the major re-development of Ashford Town Centre and will provide a new traffic link, Victoria Road which will enable the opening up and development of the Town Centre.
