A characteristic feature of planning policy in central Frankfurt is the close association between residential and large scale commercial buildings. Our new office building on busy Mainzenlandstrasse, for Bayerische Hypobank, the first major atrium building in Germany, therefore sits alongside a set of 5 linked residential pavilion blocks. With parking below ground it has been possible, even in such close proximity to some huge towers, to create the feel of a landscaped residential campus.
