Over the last 30 years we have worked on a sequence of retirement housing schemes with English Courtyard. This extraordinary collaboration has produced over 40 completed schemes and over 80 design awards. The schemes are characterised by a very closely considered relationship between the design and the site and many of the projects involve restoration and conversion of listed buildings.
