Thames Valley Park, an 80 acre site, fronts the Thames and incorporates a linear country park acting as a green belt between the river and the development sites. Sidell Gibson won a limited competition for the masterplan and design of four buildings at Thames Valley Park for Argent in 1995, and the site has now been completed to our designs.

Individual buildings of 30,000 to 75,000sq.ft. are set back from the road behind landscaping of trees, wetland, and lakes. The buildings are on three floors with 18m deep floor plates and can be divided for sub-letting. Each building is focused around a central courtyard and has equally prominent North and South entrances. Views are maximised with floor to ceiling curtain walling to the North. Brickwork is used to the South for its passive solar qualities and cost effectiveness.
