Richard Morton RIBA

 

Richard Morton joined Sidell Gibson in 1987 and currently handles a mixed portfolio including housing, hotels and commercial work. He has taken charge of some particularly sensitive conservation area development schemes in Westminster and the City of London, including the recent extension and refit of New Court for NM Rothschild & Sons Ltd, and the extension of the Howard Hotel on the Thames Embankment.

 

With over 60 design awards from 30 completed retirement housing schemes, Richard is a leading specialist in this sector and also has considerable experience in the conversion and restoration of historic buildings.

 

His current work includes housing projects in the City of London, Cambridgeshire, the Cotswolds and Beaconsfield, and commercial schemes in the City of London, Westminster and Croydon.

 

Richard is a member of The Association of Consultant Architects and The Retirement Housing Group.
