Chris Curtis joined the practice in 1994 to oversee No 5 Brindleyplace (for Argent), which was prelet to British Telecom as their Birmingham Headquarters.

 

Since then he has been involved with a variety of large scale office developments in London, including Tower House, overlooking the Tower of London, for Land Securities; and was responsible for the design and supervision of 125 Colmore Row Birmingham for MEPC, a Headquarters building for Lloyds TSB.

 

He has worked extensively on other design and masterplan studies in London for clients including Development Securities, Fidelity, Henderson, Hines and OGC. More recently he has been working on projects in Spain and Libya, and has also been developing student housing prototypes for ‘International Student House’.

 

He is currently involved in the masterplanning, detailed design and construction of the £250M mixed use Snowhill site in Birmingham for Ballymore.
